Good list. 2 things I suggest:
1. Better case. This one is not roomy and cooling is not good (I have it in my living room pc)
2. This CPU cooler sucks. It's a cooler designed for mid range CPU, not a flag ship as a 8700K.
I suggest noctua D15s or at least U12.

I was looking at the Cooler Master MB530P, I don't think it's actually released yet, but does it look like a solid case that will actually hold up? I'm upgrading a from a Corsair Carbide Spec-01 so really anything is better at this point.
