My PC stops functioning a few minutes after i start it. I get a tckt tckt noise from the dvd drive like it is closing repeatedly and the green light left of the power button blips constantly. The computer doesn't shut shutdown completely and I see all the fans still rotating. If I power off and restart again immediately, it wont function. But if I let it rest for an hour it will start normally then crash again. I disconnected the dvd drive but same thing happens sans the noises.

Need help

Edit:
Why are my questions being ignored?
My last post(same question) was removed.

Edit 2:

Specs:
1)GPU=ASUS NVIDIA GTX 750TI OC 2GB DDR5
2)MOBO=GIGABYTE H61M-S MOBO

4)PSU=CORSAIR VS550
5)RAM= CORSAIR 8GB DDR3L
6)HDD=1TB SEAGATE INTERNAL HDD(sorry i dont have the box so i can't specify more)
7)DVD DRIVE=AN OLD LG DVD REWRITABLE WHICH I NEVER USE

I have 3 different OS installed, same thing happens in all 3.

Is this good enough?

Please stop giving me the silent treatment and deleting stuff. Just tell me what i am doing wrong .

I have previously used this site quite a few times and have always got good response/solution. I don't understand the problem.

I need to get my pc working and internet is the only source for me now.

Thank you

Are you sure? I checked the insides......everything was getting power except hdd. And psu is relatively new compared to my other parts. I know all points point to the hdd(for me). I can access all the stuff in the memory while the system is on. I am not the expert

I tried using HWiNFO but it wont run for some reasons..... So i used HWmonitor instead.... Right now i am looking at the stats...

Temperature : CPU is 39-41C rest are 28 to 34C
Voltage : 1)MOBO = 0.7(vcore) and rest 2.2 to 1.5V 2)CPU=0.9-0.8V and CPU powers=4W(package) 0.6W(ia cores) 3.3W(uncore)
3)GPU= 0.943V, GPU power=2%
