BSOD error different everytime please help

Hello,
I have had my PC since january and have been using it for gaming problem free. Tonight I decided that my ram was not running at what it should be (rated at 3000 and it was running at 2133). I have tried to change it before but it always failed, most likely due to never updating the bios when I built it. I updated my bios tonight and changed the ram frequency to 3000. It started fine then the problems started. I got blue screen after blue screen, with every error code being different. Sometimes immediately, sometimes after 20 mins of gaming, sometimes just sitting at the desktop after startup. What might my issue be? Ive read about drivers but I dont know how to update them.
Pc Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Asus prime x370-pro mobo
Team dark 16gb 3000mhz ram
Evga gtx1080ti
Boot drive is a samsung 250gb ssd.
Some of the codes thrown were:
CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION(wdf01000.sys)
PAGE_FAULT_IN _NONPAGED_AREA
0xc000021a
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Clipsp.sys

I am at a total standstill right now I dont even know where to start. I dont have the usb with windows on it anymore.

is ram running in XMP mode? I would reduce it back to 2133, only as its clear it is cause since bsod didn't happen before then.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

we can look at dumps and see if it is blaming any drivers.

I will move thread into another section as its likely someone can help you work out how to run PC with the ram at right speed.
