Is my PC any good?

Hi, just wanting some advice really. I'm quite new into PC gaming and wanted to get everyone's opinion on my PC specs and other help. I'm currently using an i7-4790 @ 3.60ghz, an MSI 980 Ti, 16GB RAM and a normal cooler for my CPU. Specifically, will I be able to run games in 4K with these specs and if so what games? In regards to the cooler, should I look into water cooling as when playing games such as GTA V i'm getting temperature ratings over 80 degrees. Thanks in advance and for any help given.

Solution
it depends. a 980Ti is capable for 4k gaming, just not on high settings. if you want high settings, you should look at a 1080Ti (or wait for NVIDIA's next gen cards to drop, should be soon)

the other parts of your system work fine. you might wanna get a better cooler (although 80°C isn't something to worry about. everything below 90°C doesn't hurt.). Liquid cooling isn't really necessary, a 35-45$ air cooler would do fine. but again, 80°C isn't something to worry about
