Hey im looking to build a PC (mainly gaming) that is
- Quiet
- Yet small
Is its "no compromise" build achievable these days?
Was thinking about a 1070 card to go with it.

Thanks!

my thoughts is to do some research for the quietest gaming PCs and you will probably see they are not cheap, probably not to build either. if you can't get by with a passive cooled video card, and it has fans, guess what, when gaming, it ain't quiet any more. So, you are stuck with large open type cases with lots of fans or liquid cooling for silence.

consider what kind of gaming you are doing, are you casual gamer, a serious gamer? what games are you planning on playing, etc.. what you want and what you need might be two different things.

Totally possible. You can get a powerful ITX motherboard and small cases that can even do water cooling. You can fit a 1080Ti in them also. Now those cases are not cheap but it's no compromise.
