H110 chipset adjust dram voltage

So my buddy needs new mobo + processor for 100$. He already has 16G ddr3 ram. So I think pentium g4560 + 1155 mobo DDR3 "edition" (GA-H110M-H DDR3) would be nice. The question is: does it have ability to adjust DRAM voltage 1.5 > 1.35v or lower for safety reasons.
I pretty sure almost every (not L) DDR3 can go lower voltages.

The DDR4 version seems to have DRAM voltage control options as stated in the user manual. I would imagine the DDR3 version would have this too. I'm not sure why you want to run your DDR3 at 1.35v, is it not rated at 1.5v? 1.5v is the JEDEC standard specification for DDR3 RAM and it should be 100% safe to run at that voltage.

There are many opinions that using DDR3 1.5v memory with Skylake and Kabylake processors is not safe and can break the processor.

I would put more faith in technical specifications written by an authoritative organization specialized in that platform vs. opinions of users. I have designed electronics with embedded DDR3 and in my opinion any DDR3 conforming to JEDEC specs has no issue in running on 1.5V

Maybe someone else can answer who has this particular board and can confirm if the DDR3 version allows voltage control

I'm guessing it 'implies' that DRAM voltage can be controlled same as the DDR4 version? A link to the manual would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I has just rechecked the information on gigabyte.com and according to this mobo specs:
And yes, it supports DDR3 RAM

Memory:
...
3. Support for DDR3/DDR3L 1600/1333 MHz memory modules
...

This means that lowering the voltage may not even be needed. Thanks for the help!
