My PC won't boot with a graphics crad installed, however it works fine with integrated graphics.
Specs:
CPU - Core i3 2100
RAM - 3GB
MB - Acer Aspire M3920
PSU - 400W
GPU - Radeon R7 260X
OS - Win10Pro
GPU works on other PC's. On my PC on boot with GPU there is no post codes, the fan on the card works, and there is no picture on monitor.
RAM is not the issue. I tried it with 8 gigs of different RAM in different slots and it didn't work.
