Hello all I Have a r5 1600 running at 3.9 ghz with a msi b350 tomahawk, 16 gb of vengeance lpx 3200mhz, and a gtx 1080 evga icx ftw2, 600w evga bronze g1. Im running gta v on max settings 1080p with msaa to 4x and extended shadow draw or whatever its called off, my gpu doesnt go above 80 percent usage and power also doesnt go above 50 - 60 i get around 60 - 70 fps when i go to youtube people have the same general specs as me but they get 70 - 110 fps. plz help. also this happens in fallout 4, r6 siege and bo3. all these games are installed on my 512 intel 760p ssd except bo3 its on a wd 1tb hd
