To be quick, here's my specs

CPU - G4560
Motherboard - Asus ex H110m-v
GPU - GT1030
Memory - Kingston Hyperx 8gb

I have two of the said units and the only difference is the brand of the GPU. One is Asus phoenix OC and the other one is Gigabyte low profile both with fans. The problem I have is I'm getting extremely low fps on the gigabyte card.

Here's what I did so far

Updated GPU drivers on both machine
Update BIOS
Reformat both of the machine.
Updated all the drivers.

Solution
GT1030s come in a couple of flavours

Gigabyte - https://www.gigabyte.com/Comparison/Result/3?pids=6295,6574

Asus - https://www.asus.com/uk/Product-Compare/?products=ItDsYmA7eQYlnX99,4qAKTpt3QIoRh8y2&b=0

In both cases the 'D4' version has a lower memory clock.

What I suggest is download a program called 'Speccy' from Piriform, run it, and go into the Graphics section and see the data on each card. You're looking to compare any or all values, but especially the circled area here (what you see might be a bit different, as my 1050 is a different card):

Failing all that, run a UserBench or Passmark benchmark, and compare to similar cards. It might be a case of software or drivers.

Used speccy only to find out that the Gigabyte has only 1050mhz memory clock while the asus has 3004mhz omg thanks. I thought these card are the same considering the asus is only $10 more than the gigabyte T-T
