As the title says, I am trying to decide on a Ryzen 5 1600 or the i5-7500
This is because my currents specs are:
Penthouse G4560
Gigabyte b250m-d2v
RX 470
650w PSU
1TB HDD
I am looking into an SSD but my Maine problem is should I just upgrade to intel i5 as it would be cheaper but the board cannot overclock chips from Intel and I cannot upgrade that again in the future as the socket set 1151 is started to be ditched. My other option is to buy a new motherboard and get a Ryzen 5 1600.
I can afford both option but it’s nice to save money where you can so I was planning on asking you guys what the best option is.
