EXPERTS HELP NEEDED! QUICKLY!
Soo I got a new Pc with a Gtx 750 ti (Inno3D Gtx 750ti OC Edition) and for a while it was working fine...Recently when playing games like COD 4 it has started to appear that my screen blacks out though i can hear all game sounds and my lights are on with the the only way being able to fix this is a reboot.I have tried to see if the graphic card was the problem but it seems not since I ran few stress tests and my screen was all OK
Also to add in I have updated my drivers a couple of times now to make sure that they are all up to date and seems that they are. Most of the Black screen shows that the monitor is recieving power but not able/can not display anything.Mostly happens in COD 4 during a few missions with the easiest way to avoid it being not looking at intensive action but with the newest mission it seems i can't avoid it.I am aware of several posts with these issues being discussed but none have helped soo far. Finally to add in is the fact that my monitor is a vga only and my gpu is doesn't have vga ports so i use dvi-vga connectors
Games that have worked fine are Gmod with explosions everywhere,Minecraft with shaders and anti aliasing on high. And Cod 4 Multiplayer works perfectly fine
My pc is a Optiplex 9020 with a 200 or 250 watt power supply and core i5 4570 and monitor is a samsung SyncMaster 733NW
NOTHING IS OVERCLOCKED!
Thanks for the help!

Not necessarily. I'm having a similar issue and I'm PRETTY SURE it's my PSU. We'll find out soon. Though onto directly responding. When you're doing a stress test on the GPU you're doing a stress test ONLY on the GPU. There are more factors at play while actually running a game. Such as CPU, cooling fans, RAM, hard drives etc... So while the PSU might not be taxed while say, watching 4K video, playing a 4k game is whole other story. Sure that doesn't help with fixing the problem, though that's a good idea why everything seems fine doing a GPU stress test.

Try a PSU calculator. There's one somewhere here on the Tom's Hardware site. Pretty sure you need more juice.
