The 480 is hardware locked to 220w max.
The most I've ever seen one pull is 213w & that's the top model from sapphire.

The asus dual wont touch 200w.

Full system draw you wont get close to 400w.

The only other unit's in Your price range are the neo eco 550w & the mwe 550w.

While they offer more theoretical wattage they are nowhere near the quality of the cx450.

what about VS series?
in specs i saw VS550 has more 12V amps than CX450
should i consider that?

I agree with Matt, if you're unsure about power requirements, the Coolermaster PSU Calculator can be very handy. Just note that it's not 100% accurate, but great for making rough estimations. http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

Avoid the Corsair VS series, they're a very unreliable series of power supplies. Hope this helps! :)

so i calculated the PSU wattage as you said
and my Load Wattage: 420 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 470 W

now tell me is CX450 enough?

I could go into massive detail.

Simple terms.

The vs550 & neo eco offer around 500w 12v because they're old designs.

A cx450 offers 450w 12v because it's a modern dc-dc design.

The vs is,filled, with cheap 85c rated tempo caps, as is the mwe550.

The corsair has 105c rated Japanese caps (top tier) & teapo polymers - normally the domain of much more expensive units + a 5 year warranty.

The neo eco is arguably half decent quality , it is still not as good as the corsair though.
