Hello. i saw the video posted by LowSpecGamer on youtube which he sets up a external gpu by a vga card dock. which connects to the wifi port. My laptop model name - Acer Aspire E1-531

Specs-

Intel B960 2.2Ghz
4GB DDR3 Ram
Intel HD Graphics ( Intel GM 4500HD ) i think. saw it on game debate website. on pc just says intel HD family graphics.

I'm going to set up a GTX 550TI. Just to check it. will it work? will it be bottlenecked with my processor? please let me know. i dont like to waste 50$ on the dock for nothing. if i buy this will i be succesful? i dont need to play big games. i need to play games like cs go,dota

Your laptop CPU and RAM are severely underpowered.
Adding an external GPU won't help things much. Mainly, just a waste of money.
