Hi,

First time poster here. Just wanted to know what type of SSD does the motherboard in the title supports. SATA M2 SSD, NVME SSD or both?

Your Motherboard can use both M.2 NVMe and SATA SSDs. Hope this helps!

I have the WD Green 3D SSD M.2 240GB SATA3 and it doesnt work. Also wanted to say that I don't have a screw to screw it down into the motherboard so maybe that's why?

Well it not being mounted properly could be the reason it isn't working for you, i'd try that to make sure.
