My AMD Ryzen 5 CPU wont reach 100% load when redering Videos

So I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1600. I run it with the stock AMD stealth cooler. When I was rendering my latest video on Sony Vegas Pro 15 I checked my task manager to see my CPU usage, but it was only around 60 % load?
So I downloaded CPU Z to see my temps to see if it was throttling and if my cooler maybe was installed badly. But no, it was at 56*c with a high of 60*C? I do watch a lot of Tech and pc builds on youtube like Linustech, Techsource and much more, but when they render and stresses the CPU, it goes up to about 85 to 90*c. while mine stays at around 60*c? Could it be that I've maybe changed something by accident in the bios? What I remember is only getting my ram up to its right speeds and changing my fan speed to silent instead of performance. Could this be the problem?

If needed, I´ll provide you with more specs of my pc.

Please contact me to help me solve my issue. Thanks

Nvidia nvenc codec uses nvidia gpu to encode videos soypur gpu is the one rendering the video not your cpu. Hope this answer your question.

It depends on what you are actually doing, what codecs you are using, what rendering engine, soy you can probably be rendering using a codec that only takes advantage of a few core 2 to 4 instead of the full 6 cores, you can probably be rendering with the gpu instead of the cpu.
