So I just upgraded my GPU from Radeon 580rx 8gb to gtx GeForce 1070. And it’s been horrible. I’ve don’t everything from reinstall windows to using DDU for the drivers. Installed the lastest the drivers. My firestrike was 8000ish where other people are 15000 with the same build..
my specs are:
Ryzen 5 1600
MSI b350 tomahawk
Gtx 1070 SC black edition
G.skills ripsaws 16gb 2400 DDR 4
WD & EVO Samsung, both SSD 500 gb
EvGa 700 Watt PSU
I really don’t want to send this card back, ive been excited about it for a long time, but my 580 just performed so much better. And I have only had the card for 5 days.
Any help at all would be awesome cause I’m out of options. Maybe the card is just bad
