Stock Fan Good Enough?

Hey, i was wondering if the stock cooler that comes with the ryzen 5 2600 would be good enough? I do not plan on overclocking it and anywhere i've checked, they say its good if you dont overclock it.

Ive also heard that it would be a smarter move to just go for the ryzen 5 2600x because its better preformance wise and comes with a better stock cooler for just $30 more. If thats the case, i might go for the 2600x. And i would also assume that the 2600x is compatible with any motherboard that can rum the 2600.

Would still like an answer about the 2600 stock cooler though.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: forgot to ask if either one of them were considerably loud and if so, which one would be the quiet one?

Both stock fans that come with the 2600/2600x cpus are fine. Obviously the Spire is a better performer than the stealth. The two cpus will perform similarly when overclocked as they differ only at stock speeds. If it were me I would go for the 2600 and I'd spend the extra $30 on something like a Cryorig h7 rather than going for the 2600x. You'd get better cooling performance and it would be quiter as well.
