RAM used by hidden processes

Right now if i add up the ram used by each program in task manager it adds to less than 1gb.
Task manager says I am using 43% of my 8gb.

The problem is not the non-paged pool.
Restarting does not help, it boots with 30% ram usage.

I have updated my drivers.
Ran malwarebytes.
Increased page file.
Ran windows in safe mode.
Re-installed Windows 10. Nothing helped.

Tried disable windows defender and Superfetch in services but I don't think it worked. WinDef and Superfetch still show up in task manager.
Ran a memory test that said it is not a hardware issue (MemTest86, also test from BIOS)
Used RAMMap but I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Not sure though. The problem is with the "Process Private" is counting more ram than I am using. (I think)

Hope this is enough pictures https://imgur.com/gallery/2ah5pJf

I have tried everything from all the forum posts and tutorials I could find but nothing helped. Thank you for your time.

Solution
Posting a COMPLETE list of running processes may be helpful. Your images only show a small subset., and everything beyond the scroll bar is not visible. That information may assist others in helping you.
Probably a memory leak. A common candidate is the Killer Network software.

Goto: https://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/item/killer-drivers-inf and get the INF driver only package

. If you don't know how to manually install device drivers from device manager, watch a few youtube videos on it.

Once you have the INF package decompressed , uninstall the ENTIRE killer network suite.
Reboot and if the drivers aren't picked up automatically, install appropriate via device manager.
