Should I upgrade my 4790K + 980 build?

Hello everyone I have a i7 4790K, ZOTAC GTX980 amp! GPU on a H97 mobo. It was the best possible build back then... But I was thinking of an upgrade to my RAM which is a DDR3 1600mhz because I do video editing in premiere and it's pretty outdated. I did a userbenchmark and my doubts were true. My every other component still performed well except the ram. It was still above expectations but the speeds were not great. But when I upgrade the ram, I will also have to upgrade my mobo, and so my cpu too.

A second reason: My system still rocks most of the games at 120+ fps 1080p but I want to buy a 2nd ultrawide monitor for simulation purposes and don't know if this system is capable of handling a 2nd high resolution monitor. What do you guys think? Is it time for an upgrade, or should i stick until late 2019, probably when the 10th gen CPUs and DDR5 comes out?

Solution
Keep your build until 2019. When the new processor line and ram comes out go all out and buy the monitor + pc parts. Dont worry about the ram too much, most games barely benefit from faster ram speeds.
P.S Userbenchmark is not a reliable source of information. I wouldn't rely on it too much.
