Games freezing. CPU problem??

I've been having this issue since I bought my prebuilt pc (around christmas). When I play any game (even with the lowest graphics) my pc freezes and I need to reset my computer. It's extremely annoying. When I was playing CS:GO I checked my CPU and it was doing 80-90% while playing. I find that weird.

Any help is appreciated.

Build:
CPU: Intel(R) - Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40Ghz
GPU: Geforce 1060 3GB
RAM: 8GB
Windows: -10 64bit
144hz screen AOC

I'd be happy to provide any more information if you need.

I have really no idea. I haven't been in the CMOS (Don't know what it means, newbie when it comes to the inner workings of the pc).

I wouldn't say it's all from one brand. I bought it from Komplett.no, It's different parts. But on the tower it says Cooler Master.

How do I check temps? Do I need a software?

And, from playing different games it doesn't seem like the temp is a problem. While playing Overwatch, the temp is around 60-70. Is that bad?
