Need help deciding which motherboard I should buy wanting to do light-medium gaming and possible overclocking I need it to be compatible with Corsair 450W standard ATX PSU, NVIDIA GTX 750 TI GPU, and 240GB SSD.

I'm trying to decide between something like
B350 Tomahawk

or

Asus P5Q SE2 LGA 775/Socket T Motherboard Intel P45

The AM4 is better newer technology but I have an Intel Core 2 Quad 9650 processor for the LGA775 it's about 60$ for the board either way I go, for the LGA775 the ram is about 18$ and I could overclock it but I don't know how much of an improvement I would really see - but the CPU I have now is Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 definitely bottlenecked i'm thinking maybe the quad core would be good enough since the main problem seems to be if I have background processes running or apps such as discord I notice fps drops, but i'm not sure if it would be more worth it to just go with another option, i'm open to other LGA platforms or any other ideas i'd prefer to stay under or around 200$ and stuff that would work well with the parts I already have

Solution
you could do it if you used a amd cpu that had onboard video on the cpu. the nsell your older gpu and ram. when you have the funds go with a newer gpu if needed.
