Is this an actual SSD slot on my Asus Q501L laptop?

I just opened my laptop, an Asus Q501L, after years of owning it and noticed there's a slot with SSD written on top of it (right under the CPU fan). I wanted to know which type of SSD is this slot made for and if it's actually an SSD slot.

I can't seem to find any information online and if this is a real SSD slot I would be able to keep the HDD and add another driver for faster OS storage.

Thanks in advance!

It's not listed on the Asus website, https://www.asus.com/Laptops/Q501LA/specifications/

I did see at https://www.amazon.com/Asus-Q501LA-BBI5T03-15-6-Touch-Screen-Laptop/dp/B00FRSXJKI under "Customer questions and answers" the following:

Question: I want to upgrade to an SSD hard drive but they are very expensive. Is there a way to have a dual-SSD HDD system for this laptop?

Answer: Yes. There is a place for half size micro ssd (same size as wifi card) but those are generally more expensive than regular ssd and it will not be much of a cost saving. You may want to look at HDD/SSD combo drive WD Black 2 Dual Drive. Amazon has it for 185, and it has 120gb ssd with 1tb hdd in one 2.5" enclosure.

Another way to go would be to install a Sata ssd to replace your current hdd, and it would fit in the same place as your hdd.
