So I have a Arctic Freezer 33 CPU Cooler. I'm looking to upgrade the fan on it and instead of having 1 fan pull air through it, have 1 pull and 1 push. I don't know what fans are compatible with the model but know they have to be PWM Fans. I'm looking for 2 white led fans that I can do this with. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Any standard 120mm fan is compatible. They actually don't have to be PWM fans (you find a good discussion here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2754882/pwm-fans-generally.html#16416143). If you are going to do a push pull setup, you might want a splitter so they are running at the same speed (of maybe your MB has 2 CPU cooler headers).

For me, the big question when I buy a fan is how much noise will it make when moving "xxx" amount of air (you can also read about static pressure)?

Cooler Master and Vantic make decent fans. Arctic makes good fans that tend to the quiet side. Panasonic (Panaflo), Scythe, and Noctua makes very good fans. Delta also makes a good fan, but they tend to be loud. There are a lot of other companies...
