hi, so i spilled orange juice on my new computer ( most of it is anyway ) some of it was on the backside of my graphics card which is a gtx 1070 g1 gaming . and some of it on my new ripjaws 2x8gb ddr4 ram i immediately unplugged it and tried to clean as much as i can, and tried turning it on but it kept turning off then on constantly . so i sent it out to a shop to repair after a couple of days i got it back however i realized that games now have a bit of lag ( stuttering ) , i checked one of my games ( company of heroes 2 ) and it now gives 60-58 max fps while it used to give something like 110 fps before . is it possible that my card is fried but not completely broken ? and is there a way i can fix it ?

cheers
