i7 4770k overheating

my cpu is overheating. it gets to 75c while gaming. its on stock 3.5ghz and turbo boost is on. is my voltage too high. using CPUID HWMonitor, my voltage is just over 1.100V. ive just changed motherboard from a gigabyte z87x ud4h to a msi z97 gaming 5. the cooler is a cooler master hyper t2. how to fix this high cpu temps?

I have not reapply new thermal paste. but I don't think its that. when I feel the case near the cpu it is very hot.
