Alright. My Adata 120GB SSD failed me yesterday. It stopped working. Went to best buy today to get a Samsung 860 Evo SSD. Installed windows, restarted and everything was handy dandy working. Installed my Nvidia drivers, other drivers for devices and teamspeak, steam, all that fun stuff. Now I restart my computer, while windows was shutting down, my house power flickered off. So now I try to boot windows, it says "An operating system wasn't found" it wants me to restart, done that. Nothing. I got to BIOS to see my priorities, the Samsung 860 Evo is set for 1st boot. It's able to be seen in BIOS. So then it still doesnt boot. Now I manually select the drive to boot. Still. No operating system. Any ideas?

Solution

Reinstall.
Since you did that recently, this should not be a problem
