I would like to build a desktop PC for deep learning, although I have a rather tight budget. I found a configuration which would include a GTX 1070, as well as a 500 GB SSD for a total of $794. Ideally, I'd like the build to be closer to $750. Now, given I don't plan on using multiple GPU's, would it be more reasonable to use a mini ATX motherboard and cut down the price by some $40, or are there noticeable advantages to using a full sized ATX? Thank you!
