When I check my BIOS date it says 2/5/2018, but when I check on my motherboard it says 4/5/2018. I have the latest BIOS, MSI B350 PC MATE. How is that possible?

Solution
So - whats weird about this?
BIOS was made on 2018.05.02 and released to public on 2018.05.04.

You're confusing different date formats yyyy-mm-dd and yyy-dd-mm.

You can reset the time and date in the bios AND in Windows, and I'd suggest you do both because both of those dates are wrong since it's currently 8-12-18.

You might also want to replace your CMOS battery as it may be getting weak or could have been old already when it was installed in the board.

The motherboard is new it has only 2 weeks. Sorry, I didn't express my self correctly. The release date of this new bios was on 2018-05-04 (ver. A.E0) But when I check my system information, the bios date/version says 2018-2-5 (A.E0)- the latest bios). But the date 3 months before the release of the newest bios.

Yes, the release date and the date the bios manufacturer created it are NEVER the same. The manufacturer of the bios is not the manufacturer of the motherboard, and BIOS/UEFI versions are created and distributed to motherboard manufacturers much like memory chips or boards are distributed to graphics card manufacturers from AMD or Nvidia.

There is nothing to be concerned about so long as the VERSION is correct.
