I’ve recently set out to move my os to a new ssd and I decided to go with a clean install, so I installed windows onto a Kingston ssd using a bootable USB. Now that I have put the os on the ssd and made it the boot source in the BIOS, when I try to boot it tells me: “Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Imsert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key”

I’ve cleared the ssd and [strike]reloaded[/strike] reinstalled windows on it, there are no othe hard drives plugged in, no USBs.
Please help I’ve been at this for hours.

Motherboard is a MSI B150M btw

Here is a recipe for a proper install
It's advisable to boot in UEFI mode. You first insert the usb created by the MS media tool with the windows install files into the board. Then go to the board setup and ensure the board is configured to use UEFI settings, not compatibility or legacy mode.On the motherboard boot device menu, select the command that identifies both the firmware mode and the device. For example, select UEFI: USB Drive (Windows Boot Manager manager may also work) by listing that device in the first boot slot on the board. Reboot.Install begins.
When choosing an installation type, select Custom. Here you will delete all partitions showing.

Select the unallocated space and click Next. Windows detects that the PC was...

Select the unallocated space and click Next. Windows detects that the PC was booted into UEFI mode, and reformats the drive using the GPT drive format, and begins the installation.
