So I just recently bought a Xbox one x. And the problem is when I watch movies or videos I see white flashing dots in like a checker board pattern. Have also seen blue. I’ve spoke to support and searched google. I haven’t been able to find an answer. And I even bought a new tv and a audioquest hdmi cable and the problem still exists. It doesn’t happen all the time it’s random but once it starts it won’t stop until I restart the system.

I’m more interested in what the cause may be. But today I decided to unplug a coaxial cable I had going into my tv for the rare times that I actually watch cable tv. And since doing this I haven’t seen the flashing dots while watching content on my one x. Does this make sense to anyone? Could the cable have been causing interference?
