So I will buy a 2700x but I've heard that some b450 have weak vrm and won't be enough for a 2700x. So will this asus motherboard be okay with the 2700x if I enable pb2 and docp profile? If not will asrock b450 pro4 be fine? Thanks in advance.

Yep any B450 motherboard is going to be ok. But if you plan on overclocking (which you really don't with the 2700X), then that's when you need to be aware of the cheaper b450 boards.

All the X and B chipsets support DOCP, but just as an FYI, I recommend you try DOCP and see how it plays then try manually entering all the timings instead if something is acting funny. I personally have a 1st Gen ryzen system and found out that my CPU runs a 2C cooler (idle), downclocks better, and is a touch quicker in benchmarks when you manually enter your timings into your UEFI.

A B450 would be just fine since there are very similar to X470 motherboards.
Any of these will do
Msi b450 gaming plus
Asrock b450 pro 4
Msi b450 tomahawk

What you will find is few more BIOS options for advance overclocking on X470.
