Will I be able to install zotac geforce gt 710 on a 320 watt power supply? Im planning on buying a used Amazon pc and upgrading it.

First, to answer your question, yes it's enough. The 710 demands little power.
I feel I should point out that a GT 710 doesn't count as an 'upgrade' to anything except a computer that has no usable way to drive a monitor. It is NOT a gaming card. If all you want is to perform general office computer tasks, or watch video, it's alright.
