G.SKILL TridentZ RGB one LED stuck color

I don't think there's a thing I haven't tried yet. As a matter of fact I've tried way too much to fix a goddamn LED.. It all happened when I installed Mystic Light from MSI.. as from then one of the modules is stuck at red color.. I've tried all the software there is out there (G.Skill, Asus, MSI), but none of them worked. MSI & Asus can't access the stuck module and G.SKILL wont even open up anymore.. and this keeps happening even after a complete reformat and a fresh installation of windows.. I did turn my pc off hundreds of times and left it with no power for minutes.. I've tried resetting and updating the bios and tried all different placement combinations for the modules.. Absolutely nothing worked.. I think the MysticLight software fucked up my LEDs for good.. and it is stuck at the worst color possible.. it is lightning up half red and I have a white-blue theme going on. As someone with slight OCD it pisses me off so much..

my light control for gskill neo, does not work anymore!
it did work first, but my pc was slow so i wiped my m.2 drive and installed a clean win10 on it and software and games, now it's not working anymore.

the software is just not working good anymore.
only in default rainbow, and cycle, breathing is not working anymore and some other color modes are not working anymore..

din't change anything els.

i think the sticks are fine gskill neo 3200 cl14.

no use to send them back i think...

but how can i fix it ?
