Performance degradation in just 3 weeks?

So I got my new rig 3 weeks ago and I started noticing performance degradation last week. My CPU temps don't go above 60 C only the package rises to 71 C max, GPU max temp is 83 C, all drivers are up to date, windows, bios everything. For example, my pc never dropped below 80 Frames in PUBG now it goes all the way to 50, but also in other games too. This happen over night and i'm so confused what could be the reason behind this. This quite bothers me cuz I got a 144hz Monitor.

R5 2600X
B350 PC MATE
2x4GB 3200
GTX 1070 Ti

Have you tried rolling back drivers to an earlier version? You can also restore your PC to an earlier date to see if something was installed causing slowdown. You can also start the game windowed and have your resource monitor open to see what's sucking your resources. I will say 83 is a little high. I don't like running my GPU that high.

I felt like it started when I installed the chipset driver for ryzen but i tried to uninstall it but the results were the same. I also updated my 1070ti to the version before the latest one and still same results.
