I HAVE DUAL CORE E4500 PROCESSOR WITH 2 GB RAM DDR3

Nearly all standalone-program video players like VLC and Windows Media Player as well as some online video players like Flash Player can hook into your GPU and use your GPU's decode ASIC hardware to play back video.
you need 3 things:

GPU
CODEC
COMPATIBLE BROWSER.

that CPU does not have video decoding hardware, so its done programmatically. Its a lot of stress on this old CPU, but it should hold.

all in all this CPU can be simply to WEAK to play HD video.....
