Problems with Mobo/CPU/or PSU

Specs
GTX 1050 OC 2GB
H100M- VD PRO
4 gigs of DDR4 RAM
500GB HDD
500 WATT PSU
Intel PENTIUM G4400

Here's my issue, CPU 4 pin PSU is giving me issues, it will turn and off constantly... And i can never get to the post at all because of the PSU connector. DO you think it could be a defective Power supply or Motherboard? Cause at this point, i really think this is the case.

The issue isn't exactly compatibility-what you are describing sounds like a short. If you can't resolve the issue it is recommended to breadboard the build, which means taking the mobo out of the case,putting it on a cardboard box and building it up with the basic components to see if you can get a boot.
