My gaming pc with Windows 8.1 pro, a stock motherboard, intel i3 processor, 8 gb ram and GeForce GTX 960 4 gb graphics card is working properly but when I run an android emulator bluestack after a couple of minutes it got laggy when playing fps games like rules of survival sometimes my mouse goes like freezing and I can't look around but after sometimes suddenly look around around when I'm not please help me what is the problem my pc or app I need help help ASAP...
