Usually with the 2200G to get the most from it you'll want the CPU & iGPU overclocked, also 4gb is really low nowadays, you really want 8gb around 3200mhz.
You'll also want to make sure you have the newest iGPU drivers downloaded.
Also if your basing this info on YT vids many people lie about what there running to get views.

Overclock the CPU & iGPU. Use the stock AMD Wraith cooler.

Make sure the iGPU is up to date.
