Is this PSU compatible with a GTX 760?

I have a Thermaltake LT-700AL2NL 700W PSU. I have tried using a GTX 560 on this and my PC randomly shuts down.

I'm asking since I'm thinking that newer generation cards tend to lessen the power required for the card to efficiently run.

I want to know if a GTX 760's power draw is lower than the GTX 560 and if this PSU could run it (the GTX 760) without it randomly restarting.

Thanks in advance.

With a GTX760 in your system, you're only shaving 20W from the overall system's power requirements. The issue can be your GPU, in itself but frankly that PSU is actual an expensive paperweight and it has nothing to do by being around a system(low or high end). I'd ask you to source a reliably built PSU that can deliver 550W to the entire system.

Mind sharing your full system's specs like so:
