Specifications -
CPU: AMD A8-7650k (3.3GHz - (3.8 turbo))
RAM: 8GB Hyper X Single Channel DDR3
GPU: ATI AMD Radeon 7
Mobo: Zillion A68F2AL2 (MicroATX)
Storage: 1TB Seagate HDD
OS: Licenced Windows 10 Home
Heat Sink: Origin PC Air Cooler (TP applied)
Case: Coolermaster MasterBox Lite 3

Looking for ideas concerning a compatible price for performance GPU that will run fortnite on medium to high settings at a high FPS to make this rig more sellable in today’s market. Any ideas appreciated

What is the make and model of your PSU?

You will need to clarify the make and model of your GPU, unless ofc, you're just reiterating the APU's onboard GPU number. I would suggest a GTX1050Ti 4GB or lower, with a GTX750Ti but I would suggest you up the APU/processor on that board while at the same time I'm worried looking at the power delivery around the CPU socket.
