Hey,

my old CPU cooler has died (arctic cooling freezer 7 pro rev 2) and I'm buying a new one and I decided that I should go with "be quiet! BK008 Pure Rock Slim"

so I just want to be sure, I unplug the old CPU cooler and put the new one and done?
or I need to clean something or use glue?

You need to clean the old thermal paste off with a cotton ball or paper towel and isopropyl alcohol (91% is best, but other will work). Then re-apply new thermal paste, just a small dot the size of a grain of rice in the center of the CPU. New CPU coolers usually come with thermal paste. I haven't bought a be Quiet! before, so I'm not sure if they include it. Sometimes it comes pre-applied on the bottom of the cooler.

OK yeah that should be fine. I was thinking this was like a Dark Rock Pro because for a locked processor you don't really need a ton of cooling. That should suffice.
