best upgrade battery

Hi, I have an asus aspire ES 15 and I want to upgrade the battery from the installed one to the longest lasting battery it can use. I've looked online, and there are a few options, but the info is a little confusing. Anyone have any recommendations as to the best replacement battery upgrade? Thanks!

Well if you need to last longer there are many aftermarket batteries that give more but are usualy bigger, but the problem is that it looks like on your laptop there is an integrated battery so not much room to place a better battery. but for batteries more the mAh/Ah it has, more it will last (some have Wh but its the same the more it has better). 1000mAh = 1Ah

by info on Acer site your laptop battery standard is 3220 mAh
