Hi,
I have a hp envy h8-1427 and I was wondering what should I change to have a gaming pc (trying to do a budget pc).

Or should I just build a new one?

Solution
A GTX 1060 to replace the AMD Radeon HD 7570 would be my recommendation. That would be the biggest bang for the buck. That is if this does have a 460w power supply like HP mentions on there site.

I have a 460w psu (sorry i miss clicked for the vote)
Also which gtx 1060 do you recommend ( i will buy a bigger case)

In 1000 series there is no difference between perfomance between same category of cards (1060 EVGA-1060 MSI), only cooling solution, some use aluminium , some copper, some even overkill cooling (like 1050Ti msi gaming X which i had).
Overclocking capabilities is depended per silicon lottery, but thats just 5-10% of whole market of cards, I had luck with my 1050Ti scoring 1530 in Superposition benchmark.

Cant post there cause I should buy the product...

Also to add, superior cooling capability, 100% fan 45*C, not even that loud.
