i changed the voltage on ram, then hit save and restart in bios. then, my pc wouldnt stop restarting for a while, so i closed my pc. Since then, i have replaced every part, with my current build being a b350 gaming pro, a ryzen 5 1600, a gtx 1050 sc evga, 8gb of hyperx fury, a 600w 80+ from evga, 7200 rpm hard drive thats wd blue. everything on there was a replacement/ upgrade from my former parts, except my gpu which i replaced with a old 650ti to see with the gpu was the problem, which it still didnt work. since it broke, ive been stuck on a black screen everytime i turn on my pc. please help, no ideas anymore, i practically have a new pc and it still doesnt work.

Solution
Try resetting CMOS: turned off, disconnected from power mains, toggle the power button for 15 seconds or so just to be sure it's all the way off. Then pull the pancake battery and reset by shorting the pins for 15-30 seconds. You might even let it sit a couple hours (overnight, if you can sleep) with battery out.

Reassemble and try again. That works for me when I set memory too high on my B350M Mortar and all it would do is a black screen (cold brick, I call it).

Good luck
