275w power supply 12 volt rail

Hello, I have an Optiplex 745 Small form Factor and I have heard that there isnt 275w avalable for the graphics card and the processor, there is actually 204w is this true, that I dont have 275w for the graphics card and processor.

do I need to check on the amps when upgrading, or just the watts, thanks for the information, right now I have a Core 2 Quad Q6600 just waiting on my table and Im not sure if I should put it in or not, I currently have, AMD Radeon R5 240 1GB (50w), Core 2 Duo E6400 (65w), RAM 4X2GB DDR2 (about 30w), 80GB harddrive (10-15w). should I put the Core 2 Quad Q6700 (95-105w) in? I have thermal paste ready.

Thanks, but should I put the Core 2 Quad Q6600 in the computer given the component wattage above? Right now its just sitting on a table, I cant wait to put it in, but Im not sure if it will be supplied with all the power that it needs to function.
