Solution
Here is the best thing you can do. Start to pull things off the motherboard and try to power it on one at a time and test. If it works then we found the faulty component. If not remove the next then the next etc until it powers on. If it never does then we would want to pull the motherboard and CPU out and test outside the case. If nothing then we know its either the board or CPU and at that point we would need a test board or CPU.

Another thing to do is physically check the motherboard and make sure there are no shorts from anything like mounting points from the case.

A bit more of an explanation of my problem. The PC started to turn off and right back on randomly regardless of what I was doing. Did some stress tests thinking it was a heat issue. replaced my PS. Replaced my remote power switch. I also have 3 fans plus 2 for the water cooler. Now my PC won't turn on, even with the start button on the MB.

it looks like a memory problem, only put 1 dimm and try, if not next clear CMOS (1 dimm) try. if nothin of this helps take all out just leave the PSU and CPU in the MBO and try if you get error beeps its ok then try to put in 1 memory and see if it boots, put one thing at the time to see what causes the issue

Thanks guys for your help and insite to what may be the issue. I've been busy lately so haven't had a chance to mess with it and been using my old rig to check emails and this forum. I will get back to you when I've had a chance to work on it.
