So i just finished replacing my old motherboard and got everything plugged in and stuff. Problem is, when i turn on my pc, it runs for about 15 seconds, then reboots. The monitor wont even come on. Anyone know whats causing this?

My mobo is the asrock b450 pro4.

UPDATE: its stopped rebooting every 15 seconds, but the monitor still isnt working. Checked all the connections on my monitor, wall, and pc, and everything is in place. The monitor isnt dead either.
