Is my SSD failing?

Starting this last weekend, my computer has began to crash. I wasn't present for the first few crashes, but was for one. It began with every open program freezing up, followed by a screen informing me of an error. The error was "KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR". After this crash, the computer would fail to boot and take me into the BIOS utility. Here, I notice that my SSD is not present in the BIOS boot priority list. I'm able to still load windows from one of the other things somehow after turning the computer on/off. (after loading Windows I can reboot the PC and find the SSD in BIOS until the next crash). The crashes happen once every 2-4 hours.

Basically, I need to know whether this is the SSD or the Motherboard or the PSU maybe. I've tried running SFC, RestoreHealth, ChkDsk, updating Windows, checking for loose cables, etc but nothing has helped.

Please, any help at all would be appreciated! I'm going out of my mind here. :(

Solution
yes it an intel cpu that has onboard ipgpu..all you need do is turn it on in the bios then power down and pull the gpu and see if the rig runs without crashing.

In the BIOS it lists my voltages as:

CPU core voltage (VCCIN): +1.760 V
CPU core voltage: +1.024 V
3.3V voltage: +3.328 V
5V voltage: +5.040 V
12V voltage: +12.096 V
Memory voltage: +1.650 V

Using HWMonitor the voltages read the same

Another bit added the the error last time I got a crash. It now reads KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (volmgrx.sys).

Also since my first post, I've tried several more fixes, like ones involving page file, doing a boot virus scan, updating my BIOS, doing a memory diagnostic scan, doing a CPU scan. Nothing is helping. Chkdsk, CPU, and memory scans all say everything is fine.

I'm not sure if the PC has onboard video. Is there a way to find out? I don't have any friends with spare PSU though.
