easy recovery essentials

hi,

does anybody has got any experience with easy recovery essentials?
I had to purchase it to fix my laptop, because the recovery management always failed:
it says : restore failed - error code=0×3 (WIMSetReferenceFile cannot set reference files)

Because my computer can't be restored by itself, I had to buy EasyRE, but actually, it won't even
run. I have the bootable file on a usb, set to boot the computer from the bios but no way.
can anyone help me please? thank you in advance

Once you purchased it, the best place to ask for help is from the vendor. But before that, make sure you can master the art of booting from USB - probably, your USB is not properly prepared. Try downloading Windows 10 and making an USB drive with their own tool, make sure you can boot Windows Install. Once you do that, start troubleshooting your EasyRE app.

thank you Alabalcho! actually I have the reply from them already, but nothing new, just the usual step by step. I am trying to burn a DVD and a CD now and see if it helps. Just hope that I did not through my money through the window. thanks for your time.Cheers!
