Setting up the fans for my new system

I've got a Coolermaster H500P case with 2 front fans and 1 back fan and a H115i cooler in my Maximus X Hero. I've had it set up for almost a week playing and tweaking with it. It runs just fine but I can't live good enough alone.
I have the front and back fans on a splitter running together and Qfan turned off. I'm not curious if have the fans together is a dumb move. Its silent AF but I wonder if this is not the best setup for me. Should I have each fan on it's on? This MB has enough fan headers so what's the consensus of the geniuses on this great forum?

Thanks, but I really didn't state my question well. I know I can have more than one fan on a header but won't they all run together at the same speeds? Isn't it better to have them separately where I can set them to different speeds?

have no idea why you would want to run different fans at different speeds.

To balance pressure.
Intake fans running at higher speeds than exhaust should provide a positive air pressure and less dust.
Having exhausts running at higher speed provides negative pressure, some more dust, but possibly better cooling.

I personally would connect the 2 front fans to the splitter. Or each to its own header.

Intake and exhaust fans should not be connected to the same header, especially when they are different models.
